4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in wagers before withdrawing.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Wagers placed with bonus funds that are voided will not count towards the wagering requirement.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled.

- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bets Are Final
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a specific cancellation feature applies). If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, rg333 reserves the right to void that bet.
5.2 Technical Issues
rg333 will not be liable if a bet or gaming session is interrupted due to internet disconnection, power outage, or device failure. However, the issue will be reviewed based on server logs.
5.3 Validity of Game Results
All game results are determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG). We follow independent technical standards to ensure fair play.
5.4 Sports Betting
Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events is subject to the following conditions:
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded.
